In compliance with the Privacy Code (Article 13 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003, and subsequent amendments and additions), www.italytraveltag.it would like to provide the following information on the processing of personal data relating to the user or navigator (” interested party “) who consults this website.
The information is provided only for the website of www.italytraveltag.it and not for other websites that may be consulted by the user through links (for which reference is made to the respective privacy policies / policies).

Navigation data

The computer systems and software procedures used for the operation of this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols. This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but which by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified as navigators. This website uses technical cookies as well as third-party profiling cookies for the management of advertising messages. Technical cookies are used by this website in order to transmit the session identifiers (session cookies) necessary to allow the authentication and the safe and efficient exploration of the site (the use of the same avoids the use of other IT techniques potentially detrimental to the confidentiality of the user’s navigation) and to allow the user to navigate according to a series of selected criteria (for example, the language, the products selected for purchase) in order to improve the service rendered to the same. This website also uses cookies that pursue the purpose of analyzing behavior for marketing purposes (profiling), aimed at publishing advertisements based on the interests expressed by the user during navigation (retargeting / remarketing). In particular, Italy Travel Tag, to promote its services, makes use of advertising services provided by third parties, which provide for the use of cookies c.d. third parties, (Google AdWords), aimed at providing users, who have visited this website, advertising banners consistent with the interests expressed during the navigation on the same, when the latter access other sites where the third party parties have purchased the rights to use advertising space. Browsing this website constitutes acceptance of the aforementioned cookies. To obtain further information or to prevent the installation of all or some of these cookies it is necessary to consult the website of the third parties in question.
Below we indicate in detail the cookies used by this website, their nature and their characteristics and, possibly, the link to the privacy policy of the third party website. Most internet browsers are set to accept cookies automatically. The user can express his options regarding the use of cookies (accept, refuse cookies or decide to receive a warning before accepting a cookie from the visited website) by changing the browser settings. Provision of data other than navigation data.

Apart from that specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide personal data contained in the registration form / request. The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of your e-mail address through the forms involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the form. Methods of data processing and communication scope.

Without prejudice to the above with regard to cookies, the navigation data may be known by the staff in charge of Italy Travel Tag (employees and collaborators), within the structures responsible for services and web services, and will also be processed through computerized procedures and electronic communication systems, protected by appropriate security and confidentiality measures, as well as by methods and logics consistent with the objectives pursued and for the storage times strictly necessary for the fulfillment of contractual and legal obligations. The personal data thus acquired will not be disclosed and may be disclosed to the competent public bodies and authorities for compliance with regulatory obligations or for the ascertainment of responsibility in the case of computer crimes damaging the site as well as communicated to, or allocated to , third parties, operating in Italy and abroad, of which www.italytraveltag.it avails itself for the performance of tasks and activities of a technical and organizational nature also instrumental to the operation of the website. In particular, these third parties (who, as external managers or independent data controllers, may process the data of navigator users) belong to the following categories: companies that provide IT and telematic services (eg: hosting and management services) Web sites).

Rights of the interested parties.

The interested party may, at any time, assert his rights, as required by the Privacy Code (Article 7 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003).
